A breathtaking view of the gulf will accompany you from the first awakening until sunset. The villa is nestled in a very quiet residential setting at the base of Mount Osseddu, with tennis courts and a swimming pool available for a fee nearby.

Sleeping Area: Ascending 8 steps leads to the master bedroom, equipped with a built-in closet, chest of drawers and a 20-inch LED TV. The bathroom has a double sink, large mirror, bidet, and shower. Between the living room and the bedroom is a loft with two single beds that can become a double bed, depending on guests' needs, and a chest of drawers.Outdoor Area on the Street Level: A first paved clearing with a small sitting area and a solar shower.Second Terrace: Equipped with a table, umbrella and barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining.Terraced Hallway: With hammock in the shade of an olive tree among typical Sardinian rocks.Solarium: Located in the last terraced garden, surrounded by Sardinian vegetation, it offers total privacy and tranquility. Here you can relax on sun loungers, enjoy aperitifs at sunset and maybe spend a night watching the stars.

Accessibility and LocationAccess to the property is completely self-contained via self check-in. The villa is located in a residential area at the base of Mount Osseddu, just a 5-minute drive from the first beaches (Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce, Cala Banana) and the main services such as supermarket, pharmacy and tobacco bar. The location is also convenient for reaching other well-known resorts: 15 minutes by car from Golfo Aranci, 20 from Porto Rotondo and 30 from Porto Cervo. Our guests will have two free parking spaces in front of the property.
